A catalyst for additional private investment in under resourced urban and rural communities

Established by Congress in the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, Opportunity Zones are the newest tax incentive to encourage investments in low-moderate communities across the country.

An investor may invest in a Qualified Opportunity Fund in order to take advantage of tax benefits even if they do not live or work or have a business in an Opportunity Zone.
